Learn the unique nutritional needs of infants, children, adolescents, pregnant women, physically active adults, and older adults. Includes Capstone experience during which you will draw upon your accumulated functional nutrition learning and clinical skills to conduct actual client assessments, then develop unique nutritional plans and coach the plan. Students also explore the basic business concepts, structures and considerations needed to launch their nutrition practice.
