Explores real-time and in-camera compositing methods using game engines and video editing/compositing software to merge live actors with virtual environments. Students use emerging production techniques to tell stories in real and imaginary worlds, with attention to accessibility, representation, and equity. Recommended: Beginning skills in game engines, videography, 3D modeling & animation, and/or compositing. Audit available. (See course content and outcomes.)
