Continues the work of Japanese 201. Expands vocabulary and structure for the purpose of active communication. Emphasizes effective communicative skills in written and spoken language. Includes listening, speaking, reading, writing, culture, pronunciation, and Kanji characters. Prerequisite: JPN 201 or instructor permission, and (WR 115 and RD 115) or IRW 115 and MTH 20 or equivalent placement. Audit available. (See course content and outcomes.)
