Explores bouldering basics including: safety, movement over rock and rock walls (outdoor and indoor bouldering), bouldering etiquette, and environmental concerns. Introduces bouldering as an activity that helps improve fitness, health, and overall wellness while developing an alignment between mind, body, and movement. Requirement: The ability to travel to local indoor bouldering/climbing gyms to practice techniques and skills. Transportation to and from the climbing facility, as well as the ability to pay a facility use fee to the climbing facility. Facility use fee varies.
