Hello students!
1. Complete the First Day Questionnaire. You will put this in the blue box on Wednesday.
2. Watch two videos about the alphabet in English:
Alphabet Video – 8 minutes – How to say the names of the letters in English. Handwriting Video – 4 minutes – How to write capital and lowercase letters in English.
Practice spelling your first name and last name out loud in English. Practice the sounds that are difficult for you.
Practice writing your first and last name. The first letter of your first name and the first letter of your last name are capitalized. The other letters are lowercase.
For example:
Mary Jones
mary jones
MARY JONES
3. Bring money to pay for your parking permit ($50), the class ($111.40), and the textbook ($35). Bring a photo ID (driver’s license or passport) to get your PCC ID, or bring your PCC ID to get your summer term sticker. We will visit the bookstore, SCOMM, and the Panther Pantry together on Wednesday.
If you have Oregon Health Plan or food stamps, this will pay for your class but not your parking permit or books.
