Spring Garden Fabric and Pattern Needs
We are using the Monkey Blues pattern created by Gina Gempesaw. It can be downloaded here: Monkey Blues
These are the fabrics I will be using. The pattern tells you how much fabric you will need. If you choose to not get 13 fat 8ths as stated in amount of fabric, you can instead get about 7 fat quarters. I choseto get all one color for the Monkey Wrenches, so I bought 3.5 yards of the color I wanted (red). I also bought half-yards of the center pieces rather than fat 8ths. 🙂
A Fat 8th measures 9″ x 22″
A Fat Quarter measures 18″ x 22″
A half yard measures 18″ x 42″
