Approach to ClassesGenerally, my classes are demonstrations; You sit, watch the explanations, see the process, take the smells in, ask all the questions you want, and enjoy the food. When I develop each class, I try to group similar interest dishes. I specialize in Mexican Cuisine, but also have Spanish, French, South and Central American, as well as some Central European. The one important thing you need to know about my classes is the fact that you need to come hungry! You will always have something to drink during the class, lots to eat, and even some to take home.
