About the Class
Bring your sack lunch; I’ll make dessert! In this lecture series, learn techniques to feed your home-baking curiosities, discover ways to amp up your skills in your own kitchen and enjoy some sweet bites. Great for home bakers or anyone that enjoys dessert!

Additional Information and Instructions for Students
About This Class
- Sessions will largely be instructional and demonstrative.
- If bringing your lunch, please bring a sack lunch and any utensils and materials you need to eat your lunch.
- Students will help clean up their areas / dishes at the end of each session to ensure the kitchen is tidy and ready for the next class.
- Registered students will receive an email at least 48 hours before the class. Please ensure you are able to access your emails through PCC.
Allergen Note: Students will have the opportunity to sample baked goods. Many of the recipes and baked products in this class may contain wheat, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, and/or dairy.
