About This Class
- This class will be taught through the online platform, Zoom. After you register, you will receive instructions on how to access the online classroom and materials website (~one week before class begins).
- Sessions will largely be instructional and demonstrative (though you’re welcome to bake along if you like). You do not need to have access to a kitchen during the class, but you will be able to practice techniques and recipes in between sessions.
- Instructional materials will be shared via the Zoom platform and email. Please ensure you are able to access your emails through PCC.
