Welcome!  I am a counselor and teacher, and I teach a variety of classes at PCC including yoga, philosophy of yoga, presenting, communication, conflict resolution, and stress-management. I teach through using the frameworks of mindfulness and emotional intelligence. I worked in business as a planner and manager, and went back to school in psychology and have worked as a counselor and adjunct instructor for 24 years. My dissertation was in yoga psychology, and I’ve taught mindfulness and yoga for over 25 years.   I published a workbook on the Yoga Sutras. Ask if you would like a PDF (85 pages)
