Artisan Breadbaking: French Bread, will start with the simplest of ingredients, (water, flour, salt and yeast), that you will mix, knead, form, and bake into a fragrant, 1 pound loaf of French bread.  You will learn about how the ingredients interact and the best way to get the most out of them.  You will learn techniques that will increase the likelihood that your end result is probably as good as what you can buy – because YOU MADE IT!
