English Muffins & Sticky Buns: What to Expect & What to Bring

What to Expect
Here’s a Class outline: times are estimates…. the bread is in charge, not any of us
Please note, we will bake the English Muffins during the class but the Cinnamon Roll Sticky Buns will be taken home to complete the rising process and bake in your own home!
On your mark, get set, GO!!!!
What to Bring
Mandatory: Note – please mark your items with your name.
- 1 medium size bowl
- 8″x8″ or 9″x9″ baking pan
- electric mixer (hand mixer preferable but countertop model OK) and blades
- bag to use to bring your muffins home in
Optional:
- added ingredients for the cinnamon sticky buns if desired: 1 cup each of chopped nuts and/or raisins
- dough scraper (“bench knife”)
- apron
Please make sure you label all of your personal items.
We will provide all the other ingredients, equipment and miscellaneous materials.
