English Muffins & Sticky Buns: Questions you Might Have
updated 5/25/16
Why should I take this class?
- You braved the new world of fine, artisan breadbaking in the PCC, “Artisan Breadbaking: French Bread”, class and are a glutton for punishment, (or maybe, based upon what we will be baking in this class, just a glutton!).
- You fancy yourself sitting outdoors in a London cafe having just enjoyed a traditional breakfast with amazing English Muffins, butter and jam and thought a Cinnamon Roll Sticky Bun would go good with your, very British, spot of tea.
- You live in a household full of sweet toothed humans and like to indulge them.
- You have a soft spot for Dentists and want to make sure they have plenty of patients.
Do I need to know anything in order to do this right the first time?
- It is highly recommended that you take the PCC class, “Artisan Breadbaking: French Bread”, before taking this class. There will be little discussion of basic techniques and ingredients. The techniques and knowledge learned in the first class will be used here.
When should I arrive?
- The class starts promptly at 8:30. I will be there at 7:30.
- I suggest that you arrive 10-15 minutes beforehand.
- No need to purchase a parking permit! Saturday’s are free!
- Note kitchen location in the image below. Enter through the south door and head up the stairs to the 2nd floor. Go straight ahead and the Kitchen is on the right.
