Dr. Hohn joined the PCC faculty in January 2009 in the business department. Dr. Hohn has over 25 years working for private industry in retail, wholesale, manufacturing, human resources, and professional development.
Dr. Hohn is also an adjunct faculty member at Multnomah University.
His experience includes operations, strategic planning, marketing, community outreach, as well as training and education for private, non-profit and educational enterprises. Experience includes both private business and college/university leadership. A Strengths-based leadership and team building expert, he is noted for developing employee engagement, staff retention, and developing strong sustainable performance. A sought after speaker and educator on topics of leadership, staff development, engagement and organizational growth and productivity. Dr. Hohn has been teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels since 2003.
