A bit about me
I have been a math instructor at Portland Community College since September 2007. I moved to Portland in August 2007 from Georgia. I really love it here — it feels more like “home” to me than where I grew up (Alabama). My biggest complaint: It seems to take forever for spring to arrive! : )
I have a bachelor’s and master’s degree in mathematics, and I have been teaching or tutoring since 1992. I have taught a wide range of classes from Arithmetic to Calculus and Statistics and have been teaching online since September 2008 (and really enjoy it).
