Clubs

Clubs and organizations offer opportunities for you to meet new people, develop leadership skills, integrate coursework with practical experiences, and gain a well-rounded education. There are a variety of clubs available for students to join across the district. Once a club is a formally recognized club you’ll have access to leadership opportunities, club funds, event planning resources, and professional advising. Students who participate in clubs have a closer connection to the campus community. All clubs and organizations are housed in PCC’s online community, PantherHub.

PantherHub

PantherHub, PCC’s online student club and engagement platform, is undergoing an upgrade and will launch in Fall 2024 during the Weeks of Welcome (WOW)

The updated PantherHub will feature an improved student-friendly interface, along with many exciting features and tools:

  • Create and customize clubs and groups
  • Easily create events and calendars
  • Monitor and maintain member lists
  • Manage budgets and workflows
  • And so much more!

During the summer months, PantherHub will be in limited availability while we put the final touches on it in time for WOW.

In mid-September details will be shared on how to access the upgraded PantherHub. Training for Advisors and Student Officers will also be announced.

Club Officer – PantherHub and Club Reregistration for 2024/2025

Portland Community College is excited to announce that PantherHub, our online student club and engagement platform, is undergoing an upgrade and will launch this Fall during Weeks of Welcome (WOW). The updated PantherHub will feature an improved user-friendly interface, along with many exciting new features and tools. 

If you are an Officer of an active club, please do the following before June 14:

Go into PantherHub to download and save to your Google drive any information you want to keep. This may include: 

  • Documents
  • Photos
  • Forms – Replies
  • News articles
  • Roster of general members
  • Election information if needed
  • Confirm your club/organization’s Advisors and Officers for 2024/2025 by completing this Google Form.

Next Steps: We ask that by September 27, you have: 

In mid-September, you will receive details on how to access the NEW PantherHub. In addition, training will be provided for Advisors and Student Officers. 

  • Completion of these trainings will be required before clubs are considered fully registered for the 2024/2025 year. (A fully registered club can apply for funding, reserve rooms for events, etc.)
  • Clubs will be considered “locked.”  The group will not be able to host events, recruit members, or manage their PantherHub page, until training has been successfully completed.
