ASPCC Officer Roles
President
The President is the voice for all students at PCC, and represents both the ASPCC and the student body at large. The President is expected to advocate for student rights, interests, issues, and initiatives within and beyond PCC. The President is responsible for managing the affairs of the Executive Body of the ASPCC.
Vice President
The Vice President is the main voice of the ASPCC to the President, and is responsible for managing the affairs of the Student Senate as its Chair. The Vice President will serve within the Executive Body of the ASPCC along with the President and Internal Committee Chairs.
Student Senator
Student Senators are expected to be the voice of the PCC student body and dutifully advocate for rights, interests, issues, and initiatives of their peers. Senators serve as members of the Student Senate, and are expected to serve on at least one Internal Committee as well as additional internal or external committees as requested.
Senate Committee Chair
Senate Committee Chairs will be selected from within the membership of the current Student Senate. Internal Committee Chairs will serve within the Executive Body of the ASPCC, and are managed by the Vice President. Chairs are expected to manage the affairs of their Committees, as well as schedule and preside over Committee meetings.
