Service Desk: Login and password help
MyPCC Account Reactivation
If you have been away from PCC for a few years, your MyPCC account may need to be reactivated. To do so, you can simply re-apply.
MyPCC Password Reset
MyPCC now has a password recovery self-service feature. In order to take advantage of this new capability, and to get your MyPCC account “refreshed” in the new system, go to account.pcc.edu/setup. You will be guided through the process of getting your MyPCC account set up in the new system (if you have not done so already). New MyPCC users do not need to perform this step. For PCC employees, performing this step will also set you up for “single sign on” – Your MyPCC password will be the same as your Active Directory (AD), D2L, Perceptive Content, email, and several other systems.
For help with your MyPCC password, you must contact the PCC Computer Service Desk at 971-722-4400 (or x4400). We are unable to perform password resets over email. You will be asked to verify your identity for security purposes.
If you have forgotten your MyPCC password and you have been set up in MyPCC’s new self-service password recovery system (see above), go to: pcc.edu/password to recover your password.
Multi-factor Authentication
To manage your Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) devices after initially setting up a device, you will need to log-in to our your Microsoft Security Info page using your MyPCC Email address. After this, you will be taken to the PCC portal and will need to log-in using your MyPCC credentials.
For additional information, check out our MFA page in Spaces.
Banner
Banner is a single sign-on system. Log in to MyPCC and find the “Banner” link on the employee tab. For assistance with Banner access or login, call the Service Desk at 971-722-4400
Document Imaging – Perceptive Content
Your Perceptive Content username and password are the same as your MyPCC username and password.
If you need access or password assistance, call the Service Desk at 971-722-4400 (or x4400).
If You are a Student and Need Help
