Tracking your IT service request

When you submit a work order to IT, your request is tracked in a ticket and updates are sent by email from tss_servicedesk@pcc.edu

You can add your comments to the ticket. When reading the message click “reply” and type where indicated (above the line).

PCC employees can also log in to the ticket system directly at pcckbox.pcc.edu/userui
