Accommodated tests
Students and instructors using these services must be familiar with and follow all testing procedures. Please review this information before using the Testing Center’s Accommodated Testing services.
Info for students
The Testing Centers offer accommodated exams for eligible students. Students schedule accommodated exams through the AIM system and are encouraged to work with their Accessibility Education and Disability Resources counselor for support in how to use the AIM system. For more information about the accommodation process please visit the Accessibility Education and Disability Resources webpage. We recommend that students schedule accommodated exams 72 hours in advance of testing time.

Info for faculty
Accommodated exam proctoring is an optional service to assist faculty in providing required testing adjustments. Students who have established eligibility for testing adjustments through Accessible Ed & Disability Resources will provide formal notification to faculty outlining their specific needs. This notification is sent out by email and includes a link to a “Testing Agreement” that can be completed by faculty who wish to have the testing center proctor their exams.
Faculty who do wish to have the testing center proctor on their behalf must complete the “Testing Agreement” to provide the necessary information to the testing centers. The agreement is available through a link included in the Approved Academic Accommodations form, but can also be sent by the Testing Centers as a separate email.
