Transfer articulation agreements are formal agreements that give PCC students extra benefits when transferring to another school, beyond what is usually offered. In the past, career technical programs, like PCC’s Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degrees, didn’t transfer to universities. But now, many of these programs have agreements that allow students to transfer into bachelor’s degree programs. Below are the options for transferring from PCC’s career technical AAS programs!

Students (current and future): Please make an appointment with your PCC advisor to discuss your options and make a transfer plan.

BA or BS in Child, Youth, and Family Services	Portland State University (PSU)	PSU will accept 80 credits toward the Child & Family Studies degree. Students with the AAS degree will already have the required specialization completed. See PSU’s Transfer Guide for more information.
BA or BS in Early Childhood Development	Southern Oregon University (SOU)	The Early Childhood Development bachelor’s degree completion program is designed for working adults who prefer the flexibility of an online program and have completed an AAS.

Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design	Portland State University (PSU)	There is not a formal articulation agreement. However, if a student completes a 2-year associate’s degree in Graphic Design, you are likely to have all or most of the lower-division courses required for PSU’s design program. Students still need to pass the PSU Portfolio review to be officially admitted to the PSU Graphic Design major. See the PSU Transfer Guide.
Bachelor of Applied Science in Management	Southern Oregon University (SOU)	Students who complete an AAS degree, with a 2.5 GPA or higher, and would like to pursue a management role in their field are welcome to apply for SOU’s Bachelor of Applied Science in Management program. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (RN to BSN program)	Bushnell University	See Bushnell’s RN to BSN application information.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (RN to BSN program)	Linfield University	RN to BSN co-admission agreement, established for the movement of graduates of the AAS in Nursing at PCC to the BSN at Linfield College. Applicants are required to have a 2.75 cumulative grade point average in prerequisite courses, unencumbered RN license, and a letter of recommendation.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (RN to BSN program)	Oregon Health Sciences University (OHSU)	An agreement between the Oregon Consortium for Nursing Education (OCNE), nine community colleges, and OHSU for licensed RNs to complete their BSN through OHSU.
Bachelor of Applied Science in Management	Southern Oregon University (SOU)	Students who complete an AAS degree, with a 2.5 GPA or higher, and would like to pursue a management role in their field are welcome to apply for SOU’s Bachelor of Applied Science in Management program. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (RN to BSN program)	Walla Walla University – Portland campus	Students with an RN license and a GPA of 3.25 or above are invited to apply to the RN to BSN program at Walla Walla University’s Portland Campus.
