Many years ago I began my college journey at Portland Community College (PCC), later transferring to Portland State University (PSU) to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Studies and a Master’s in Education.

Prior to teaching high school as a Health Educator learning Loss Specialist, I worked in social work as a Parent Educator at a residential treatment center working with parenting youth, and as a Case Manager working with families experiencing houselessness, and have served in various internships and volunteer work centered in social services and advocacy. I’m passionate about equity, inclusion, and community
building, and my experiences have strengthened my commitment to creating supportive, enriching spaces for all students.

I’m thrilled now to serve as the Women’s Resource Center Program Coordinator, where I’ll be working to advance resources and support for our students and staff. I believe strongly in PCC’s mission and am excited to contribute to the initiatives that make this community such a welcoming and empowering place.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time outdoors, soaking in the beauty that is the PNW, and spending time with family and friends.

I look forward to meeting you!
