The Nature Conservancy in Oregon: AmeriCorps Community Engagement Coordinator – Apply by July 5
Posted by hannah.cherry
The Nature Conservancy in Oregon and the Confluence AmeriCorps program are recruiting an AmeriCorps Community Engagement Coordinator to serve from September 2015 to July 2016. The Community Engagement Coordinator (CEC) will advance The Nature Conservancy’s work to engage and activate more Oregonians in conservation work. The Nature Conservancy’s Oregon volunteer program involves more than 700 community members in direct service each year, greatly expanding the capacity of our organization to conserve the lands and waters on which all life depends. The CEC will join our Engagement Initiative team and help design, build and implement several urban engagement programs, including restoration work party and outreach programs targeted to an urban audience.
