Alberta Main Street: Volunteer at the Alberta Street Fair!

Posted by

Come one, come all – the 18th Annual Alberta Street Fair returns to celebrate community with a toast to summer on Saturday, August 8th!

We need your help to make the day a smashing success. The Alberta Street Fair, one of Portland’s most beloved neighborhood street festivals, features a day of eclectic activities celebrating the diversity and uniqueness that is found only on Alberta. The fair hosts over 300 vendors, 3 stages of music, a kid’s area and a parade, drawing more than 25,000 people each year to NE Alberta Street from 11th to 30th Ave.

There are many volunteer opportunities throughout the fair, so pick one that is perfect for you! Most volunteer shifts are 3 hours long. In addition to helping put on a great community event, you will receive a super cool t-shirt and a ticket for a beer in the beer garden (of course, only if you are over 21). Plus, an invitation to our not-to-be-missed volunteer party in September!

See you at the Fair!
