Interested in community development, social justice, equity, nonprofit programming, teaching art, ceramics, or sports to children?
Our SUN (Schools Uniting Neighborhoods) School sites serve as many functions to low-income K-12 students and their families. We are in need of driven and aspiring leaders in social work, education, and community organizing to support our work at our SUN School Sites in North and Southwest Portland.
The Equity in Education Internship program connects Portland undergraduates and recent grads to our SUN programs, to develop new programs, curriculum, and take a leadership role in improving our work with students and the community.
