Cat Alliance Team Sanctuary (C.A.T.S.): Volunteers Needed

The Cat Alliance Team Sanctuary located in Sherwood, Oregon and are in desperate need of volunteers!
C.A.T.S. is a non-profit organization and cat shelter located on the private farm by the gentleman who started the famous Cat Adoption Team.
At the very basic level we need people who would be interested in just sitting with the cats, playing, petting, and socializing them. Socialization is key to successfully adopting out or cats and especially kittens.
For students interested in going into the non-profit field we also do adoption events and fund-raisers. We are currently working on a fund-raiser to set up through the ASPCC.
We would also highly benefit from students in IT to do web design and support.

About the Organization
Our Mission: The Cat Alliance Team Sanctuary is an organization dedicated to keeping cats out of harm’s way, both physically and medically. We will work together with other cat rescues to ensure the health and well-being of the animals in our care. No cat in our care shall be put down unless the cat is terminally ill or injured, in severe pain or has stopped eating. Every cat that has been in our care remains a Cat Alliance Team Sanctuary cat. If someone adopts from us and finds they can no longer care for that cat, we will gladly accept the cat back.
