Tutor, Mentor & Inspire a Dreamer Student This Year!
Volunteer opportunities include working with elementary, middle and/or high school students that are located in east county. Spend your time serving as a mentor, classroom aide, tutor in math and/or reading, and supervising/leading sports and outdoor activities.
Opportunities are held during the school day (7 AM-2:30 PM), Monday through Friday. We ask that volunteers commit to coming at least once per week for a minimum of 3 hours per week. Schools in which we work are in East County of Portland, Fairview and Troutdale (Alder Elementary, Reynolds and HB Lee Middle and Reynolds High School).

About the Organization
“I Have a Dream” Oregon was founded in 1990 to help low-income students succeed in school, college and career. We are mission control, here to launch a generation of students on a determined path to college, career and contribution to the community. We work with elementary, middle and high school students within the Reynolds School District to provide programs and services to ensure they have the academic and ‘wrap around’ support to reach college, gain skills to get a family wage job and break the cycle of poverty.
