- New Faculty Institute – 40 participants
- Faculty Department Chair Institute – 98 participants
- Academic Professionals Institute – 120 participants
- LEAD Academy – 16 graduates
Training and workshop opportunities
- Lynda.com – 1,090 active users
- Managing the Career Development Conversation – Two sessions (Fall/Spring) with 35 total participants
- Take Charge of Your Career – Two sessions (Fall/Spring) with 60 total participants
- Teaching Men of Color in the Community College – 60 enrolled, 21 completed
- Supporting Men of Color in the Community College – 53 enrolled, 24 completed
- Critical Race Theory – 43 participants
- Working Across Differences – 32 participants
Grant funding
- Conference Grants – 197 people received grant funding to attend a conference or workshop
- Innovative Project Grants – 8 projects were funded
