Launch of New Talent Management System – My Career@PCC

We are excited to announce the official launch of our new Talent Management System (TMS) called MyCareer@PCC. This is an integrated software system that includes Recruitment, Learning, and Performance Suites to improve our online recruitment system and to help support employee development and PCC’s evolution toward becoming a learning organization. We are excited to share this new resource with you!

We have been working in collaboration with the IT department to implement the MyCareer@PCC Recruitment Suite, which will replace our current applicant tracking system, PeopleAdmin. This suite offers a more positive user experience for applicants, hiring managers, screening committee members, and the HR recruitment team. It includes the ability for hiring managers to submit and manage requisitions through a hiring dashboard and for employees to access and apply to both internal and external job postings through the Career Center. Additionally, the interface is much more welcoming and dynamic, helping to brand PCC as an employer of choice. We anticipate continuing to develop the functionality of the suite to make it even more robust over time.

We are also beginning to implement the MyCareer@PCC Learning Suite. This suite allows employees to search and register for web-based (through LinkedIn Learning) and in-person training, and to track completion through a learning transcript to support annual goals, personalized professional development plans, etc. The Learning Suite also includes an onboarding function that allows for the delivery of customized content to meet the specific information needs of employee groups and departments, and includes the capability to assign and track onboarding assignments.

The final suite is the MyCareer@PCC Performance Suite, which will automate the assessment process to make it more efficient, sustainable, and paper-free. This suite includes the ability to track due dates and completion of performance assessments and goals, and creates an online repository for assessments, making it easy for employees and their managers to retrieve information.

As these suites roll out, we will continue to add features to maximize the functionality of this amazing tool. We will also be working to develop future programming to complement the suites, such as employee onboarding and career development. We will keep you posted as we continue to add improvements.
