Photos and story by Mark Evertz
FOREST GROVE – Snobbery aside, there’s no magic to recognizing and enjoying a good bottle of wine. Novice wine drinkers can find out more about the growing Oregon export in Beyond Microbrewery – Demystifying the Wine Experience, a one-morning class on Saturday, May 17.
Join Bill Fuller at Tualatin Vineyards as he takes the mystery out of ordering, pronouncing, tasting and understanding wines from around the world. Fuller will also discuss popular wine information sites on the Internet.
