DUNDEE – Enjoy a dinner to remember in Flavors of Yamhill County Winemaker’s Dinner, an evening of fine food and drink sponsored by Portland Community College on Thursday, Feb. 26.

"Alfie" of Alfie’s Le Chardonnay will host this five-course experience blending flavors of complementary food and wine. Dinner includes four Oregon wines served throughout the five courses. The entree is a filet mignon with oyster mushrooms and a smoked pheasant pate in a pinot noir sauce.

Cost for the dinner is $59 per person, which includes gratuity. The dinner begins at 7 p.m. at Alfie’s Le Chardonnay Wine Cellars, 1111 S.W. Highway 99 in Dundee. Call PCC at 538-9774 or 533-2708 for a complete brochure and menu.
