Student "One-Act Festival" Springs into Action April 15-17 at PCC Sylvania

See the budding talent of Portland Community College drama students in full bloom this spring when the popular student One-Act Festival takes to the stage in the Sylvania Campus Little Theater for performances Thursday, April 15 to Saturday, April 17. All shows start at 8 p.m.

The One-Act Festival features four student-written, student-directed and student-performed one-act plays. This year’s festival consists of the following productions:

"Hadje," written by Dusty Brown Cline and directed by Madeline Coffman;

"All The Rest Falls Away," written by Sean Miller and directed by Carmen Borg;

"In The Dark," written by Adam Jones and directed by Nathan Boyer; and,

"Bedframe," written by Brett Heiney and directed by Jacob Carey.

Tickets for the festival go on sale Monday, April 5. They will also be sold at the door of the Little Theater box office on the Sylvania Campus, 12000 S.W. 49th Ave., the night of each performance. Tickets are $5 for students and senior citizens, and $6 for general admission. Reservations can be made by calling the Little Theater box office at 977-4848.
