Undecided About Your Future? Decide at PCC Cascade Open House

Photos and story by

If thoughts of your future are followed by a big question mark, come to Portland Community College’s Cascade Campus on Sept. 9 to have some of those questions answered.

An open house for undecided potential students will kick off at 6 p.m. in Room 122 of Cascade’s Terrell Hall, 705 N. Killingsworth. Learn about the academic programs available at Cascade and just how easy it is to become a PCC student.

Terri Greenfield, the dean of PCC’s Business and Government division, said that the event will acquaint aspiring students with an overview of the academic programs and courses available at Cascade.

Workshops will be conducted by the individual division deans or course instructors, said Greenfield. In addition to those workshops, open sessions on financial aid, the PCC application process and other admissions necessities will be available. Open sessions and workshops will be held in several rooms within Terrell Hall from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Refreshments will also be provided.

For more information on the open house and room numbers for the individual sessions, contact Terri Greenfield at 978-5235.
