PCC Class to Explore India Through Conversation

PORTLAND – The sights and sounds of India will be explored in a non-credit class being offered this fall by Portland Community College. Hindi Conversation: Beginning, will meet from 6 to 9 p.m., Mondays, Sept. 25 through Nov. 20, in room 133 at Grant High School, 2245 N.E. 36th Ave. Tuition for the course is $70. Instructor Rajlaksami Dubey will use the art of conversation to study India, a country with 18 languages and 1,600 dialects.
