PCC Offers Spanish Conversational Classes

Non-credit classes in conversational Spanish will be offered this fall by Portland Community College at locations in Tigard, Sherwood, Newberg and Tualatin.Level I classes are for beginning Spanish speakers. Level II classes are for those with some Spanish speaking ability. Tuition for each class is $66. A $3 fee will be charged for classes offered in Newberg and Sherwood.Level I classes will be offered as follows:1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Mondays, Sept. 24 through Dec. 3, Tigard Senior Center, 8815 S.W. O’Mara.1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Tuesdays, Sept. 25 through Dec. 4, Sherwood Senior Center, 855 N. Sherwood Blvd.6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesdays, Sept. 26 through Dec. 5, Newberg High School, 2400 Douglas Ave.7 to 9 p.m. Wednesdays, Sept. 26 through Dec. 5, Tualatin Senior Center, 8513 S.W. Tualatin Road.10 a.m. to noon Thursdays, Sept. 27 through Dec. 6, Tualatin Senior Center.Level II classes will be offered in Tigard as follows:1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Wednesdays, Sept. 26 through Dec. 5, Tigard Senior Center.7 to 9 p.m. Wednesdays, Sept. 26 through Dec. 5, Howard Johnson Express Inn, 11460 S.W.
