PCC Presents Moliere's ?Schemes of Scapino' at Sylvania

SYLVANIA CAMPUS – Portland Community College’s Theater Arts department presents the fall term production, "The Schemes of Scapino,"Moliere’s brilliant farce about the tricks, masquerades and antics of Scapino and zany characters. The performances will be at 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 8-10 and 15-17 at the Sylvania Campus Performing Arts Center, located at 12000 S.W. 49th Ave.James Eikrem will serve as guest director, guiding an all-PCC student cast that includes Stephanie Alexakis as Zerninetta, Mary DeFreese as Nerina, Shannon Keenan as Giacinta, Aaron Link as Argantini, Nico Moreau as Carlo, Timothy Scarrott as Scapino, Mike Stanfill as Ottavio, Jocelyn Weeks as Violetta and Tori Zanzalari as Julietta, all from Portland. Also, the cast includes Lincoln City’s Jesse Goldtrap as Leandro, Tualatin’s Will Lund as Sylvestro and Beaverton’s Nathan Williams as Gerontino.Ticket prices are $5 for students and seniors, and $7 for general admission. Tickets are available at the Sylvania Campus bookstore or make reservations by calling the box office at 503-977-4949. Tickets will also be available at the Performing Arts Center door. The show on Nov. 15 will be interpreted for the hearing impaired.
