PCC Offers Italian and German Classes

PORTLAND, Ore. – Get a jump on New Year’s resolutions by learning a new language. Portland Community College offers low-cost, step-by-step instruction to learning Italian and German with its winter slate of non-credit classes in northeast Portland. Classes will be offered as follows:? Beginning Italian Conversation, 9:45 to 11:45 a.m., Thursdays, Jan. 10 through March 14, Hollywood Senior Center, 1820 NE 40th. Cost is $60.? Advanced Italian Conversation, 7 to 9 p.m., Tuesdays, Jan. 15 through March 19, Grant High School, 2245 NE 36th. Cost is $90.? Keeping Up in German, 7 to 9 p.m., Tuesdays, Jan. 8 through March 12, also scheduled at Grant High School. Cost is $80.For more information, contact PCC Community Education at 503-538-9774.
