Meditate Through Movement in PCC's Ba Gau Class

PORTLAND, Ore. – From the Daoist tradition of China, Ba Gau meditation incorporates slow, circular and spiral movements to develop conscious awareness. Students can learn the art through the non-credit course, Ba Gau Meditation. Instructor Paul Bernunzio will lead students through Ba Gau techniques, focusing on relaxation, balance and stability. The course will meet from noon to 1 p.m. every Saturday, from April 6 through June 8 in Room 08 in the HT building, Sylvania Campus, 12000 S.W. 49th Ave. Cost is $27.For more information, contact PCC Community Education at 503-731-6618.
