?Oregonize' Your Garden with Native Plants

FOREST GROVE, Ore. – A Hillsboro landscape designer will teach students how to weave native plants into their gardens this spring in a Portland Community College non-credit class. In Native Garden Design, instructor Marci Degman shares how growing indigenous Oregon plants yields not only a historical landscape, but an environmentally sound garden as well. This three-week, non-credit course will run from 7 to 9 p.m. every Tuesday from April 23 through May 7 in Room 1569 of Neil Armstrong Middle School, 1777 Mt. View Lane. Cost is $23.
