PCC Recognizes Faculty, Staff Excellence

PORTLAND, Ore. – Sixteen employees of Portland Community College will be honored May 14 for their dedication and commitment to PCC and its students at the PCC Foundation/Washington Mutual Faculty and Staff Excellence Awards. The ceremony will be held at 6 p.m. in the Broadway Room of the Portland Hilton Hotel, located at 921 S.W. Sixth. A welcoming reception will begin at 5:30 p.m.The winners consist of five academic professionals, three classified and eight faculty members. Thanks to the partnership between the college and Washington Mutual, each staff and faculty member will receive $1,000.
