Stretch Your Health Goals with PCC's Yoga Class

TIGARD, Ore. – Banish tension headaches. Relieve aggravating pains and aches. Increase flexibility, strength and well-being. Portland Community College will help you tap the numerous health benefits of yoga this summer through an 11-week class in Tigard. Instructor Urszula Wisniewski will lead students through gentle stretches and poses in Yoga I. The class is perfect for those new to yoga, but also offers plenty of opportunities for those looking for physical challenge. The non-credit class will meet from 5:45 to 6:45 p.m. every Wednesday, June 26 through Sept. 4, at Christ the King Lutheran Church, 11305 S.W. Bull Mountain Road, Tigard.
