Garden Designer Teaches PCC How-To Course

TIGARD, Ore. – Garden growers will discover how to turn their patches into Edens with an upcoming non-credit course offered by Portland Community College. Garden Artistry will feature local garden designer Paul Taylor. This workshop-style course offers intermediate growers the opportunity to enhance gardens with Northwest artistry. Taylor will offer individualized instruction, helping participants to design a section of their own gardens in class. The course will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesdays, Jan. 14 through Feb. 18, in Room A8, at Tigard High School, 9000 S.W. Durham Road. Cost is $50.
