Learn strategies to maximize weight loss through PCC class

BEAVERTON, Ore. – Losing weight doesn’t have to mean an endless parade of starvation diets and hours logged in the gym. Portland Community College will present a non-credit class to help you approach weight loss from a position of balance, using the latest strategies.Dr. Jacob Farin, a naturopathic physician, will teach Dynamic Weight Loss this spring. Through powerful and effective techniques, students will discover that losing weight is much more than being on the right diet. Special highlights will include how to eliminate self-sabotage, end sugar cravings, eat guilt-free and maximize fat loss.The one-day class will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, May 3, at PCC’s Washington County Workforce Training Center, 18624 N.W.
