Massage your mind, new PCC class

ROCK CREEK – Looking for clarity instead of counseling? Tired of exercising your body and not your mind? Discover a unique blend of philosophy, compassion and humor to help you think your way through life’s challenges.Massage Your Mind! is a new non-credit course offered by Portland Community College. Instructor Maya Frost will present discussion on new ways of looking at issues in your life, how to take one issue at a time and come up with process solutions. The result is moving ahead – past obstacles, past conflicts, and toward your life goals.The one-day class will be held from 9 a.m. to noon, Saturday, July 19, in Room 106 of Building 7 at PCC’s Rock Creek Campus, 17705 N.W.
