Holidays bloom brighter with your own floral arrangements

SHERWOOD, Ore. – Fragrant flowers and beautiful bows can grace your tables this holiday season, all hand-arranged by someone who knows your tastes and d’cor best – you. Portland Community College will offer the non-credit class, Holiday Flower Arranging beginning this October.No matter what your previous experience is with floral arranging, Instructor Alison Bertalotto will help tap your creativity with designs that capture and celebrate the holiday spirit. You will create stunning arrangements for Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas, saving the steep prices of purchased centerpieces."This is a great opportunity to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, and really let yourself enjoy each holiday as it comes with beautiful flowers you arranged yourself,"said Beralotto.The class will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. over three Thursdays, Oct. 23, Nov. 20 and Dec. 11, in Suite 500 of the It’s All Arranged store, 80 N.W.
