Faculty host show at PCC-Sylvania

SYLVANIA CAMPUS The Northview Gallery at Portland Community College is hosting the college’s annual Faculty Focus 2004 art show.The exhibition of a wide variety of work from art faculty at PCC will be on display for the public from Monday, Feb. 16 through March 15. Each artist will feature one to two works to create a dynamic show, featuring a wide-array of media including drawing, painting, sculpture, ceramics, digital and traditional photography. There will be an artists’ reception from 4 to 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 25 in the gallery.The artists are well-known in their community and region. They include Elizabeth Barnes, Hillary Barsky, Lewis Goldstein, Evertt Beidler, Michael Creger, Jacquiline Ehlis, Smith Eliot, Gene Flores, Bill Garnett, Julia Grieve, Jennifer Hill, Joseph Mann, Lance Pynes, Meg Rowe, Diana Schutz, David Selleck, Cynthia Silber, Marie Sivak, Mark Smith, Mary Stupp-Greer, Charlie Washburn and Hugh Webb.The Northview Gallery is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday and is located in Room 214 of the CT Building at the Sylvania Campus (12000 S.W. 49th Ave.) For more information on this exhibition, contact Marie Sivak, art instructor, at 503-977-4829.
