Career Pathways program taking applicants

PORTLAND, Ore. – The Portland Community College Career Pathways training program, a partnership with Mt. Hood Community College, is offering professional technical training programs in the following occupational fields, beginning on Sept. 27.Career Pathways offers training in accounting and bookkeeping clerk, HVAC-R installer, emergency telecommunicator (9-1-1), medical coding and insurance billing and medical lab assistant. The Career Pathways program targets students seeking accelerated entry-level occupational training.A career pathway is a system of connected courses, student services, and job search tools that help students achieve educational and career goals.
