PCC offers presentation skills for ESL students

BEAVERTON, Ore. – If English is your second language, Portland Community College may hold the key to taking your communication skills to the next level. This fall, the college will offer a non-credit class in improving presentation skills, especially designed for ESL students. Presentation Skills for ESL Students will combine business language skills with the tools to be an effective communicator in the professional world. Practice your skills by delivering presentations to fellow students. Instructor Marcos Miranda will teach the class. The class will meet from 6 to 8 p.m. for four Fridays, Oct. 1 through Oct. 22, in Room 1509 at PCC’s Capital Center, 18624 N.W. Walker Road. Cost is $39.
