PORTLAND, Ore. – What do you want to be when you grow up? For many of us, it’s a question not so easily answered. Portland Community College can help shed light on the right career for your strengths and personality type in a class that uses the Meyers Briggs test. Meyers Briggs for Career Choice, a non-credit class, will lead students through the psychological test that has been continuously proven to provide an accurate profile of personal strengths. Instructor Mary Robinson will reveal how the attributes you already possess are uniquely geared for a particular career, the work settings that are best for you, and what you really value most. The result is discovering the right career that will bring you most fulfillment, and moving forward with confidence. This one-day class will meet from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 29, in the Spruce Room of the College Center Building at PCC’s Sylvania Campus, 12000 S.W. 49 Ave. Cost is $49. The text, "Do What You Are," is required and must be purchased before class. For more information, contact PCC Community Education at 503-731-6642.
