Go beyond photography basics

ST. HELENS, Ore. – Take what you already know about a camera and turn your shots into masterful memories. A Portland Community College non-credit class will guide you to the next level of photography this spring. Photography: Beginning Level II continues to develop the photographer’s eye. Explore difficult shooting situations and additional photo equipment beyond the camera. Instructor Ronald Barnett will teach advanced shooting techniques such as panning and multiple exposures. The class includes weekly projects that apply skills learned in class. The seven-week class will meet from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesdays, April 7 through May 19, in Room A1 at St. Helens High School, 2375 Gable Road. Cost is $91.50.
